Since 2017, I've supported organisations to build a coaching culture, develop leaders and talent, and do the strategic work that helps people grow for real. In my day job, I help leaders develop in the workplace. Now I'm bringing that same care to one-to-one coaching.
I work with people who look successful on paper but quietly struggle with self-doubt. Maybe you hold back in meetings. Maybe you compare yourself to others and feel behind. Maybe you wonder if you're really good enough, even as you keep achieving.
I get it, because I feel it too, even while building this business. That's why my coaching is calm, empathetic, and personal. I listen properly and ask gentle but honest questions to help you see things differently.
I won't tell you what to do. I'll help you find your own confidence within.
