Booking, cancellations, and what happens if plans change
These terms apply when you book a Connection Call or coaching with Confidence Within, operated by Christina Williams in the United Kingdom. By booking, you agree to them. Enrolled coaching clients also sign a separate coaching agreement before sessions begin.
Booking
- Connection Calls are booked via the website (Calendly). Coaching sessions are booked after enrolment using a private scheduling link.
- You will receive email and text reminders before each call, including your video joining link.
- Please give an accurate email and mobile number so reminders reach you.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Connection Call (free)
- Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
- Use the reschedule or cancel link in your Calendly confirmation email, or email hello@confidencewithincoaching.co.uk.
- If something urgent comes up with less notice, get in touch. I will do my best to find another time.
Coaching sessions (paid programme)
- Please give at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a coaching session without it counting against your programme.
- With less than 48 hours' notice, the session may be charged and counted as one of your six sessions.
- Rescheduled sessions are subject to availability within your 8-week programme window.
No-shows
A no-show is when you do not attend a booked call and have not cancelled or rescheduled in advance.
- Connection Call: If you miss your slot without notice, I may not be able to hold the time again. Please rebook when you are ready.
- Coaching session: A no-show counts as a completed session. It cannot be refunded or rebooked unless we agree otherwise in writing (for example, a genuine emergency).
- I will wait up to 15 minutes on a video call. If you have not joined and I have not heard from you, the session may be treated as a no-show.
Running late
If you are running late, please message or email as soon as you can. Sessions cannot always be extended beyond the booked hour. If you are more than 15 minutes late without contact, the session may be treated as a cancellation or no-show (see above).
If I need to cancel
If I need to reschedule, I will give as much notice as possible and offer a new time at no cost to you. If we cannot find a suitable time, any prepaid session will be rescheduled or refunded at my discretion.
Refunds
The Connection Call is free. For the paid coaching programme, fees and refunds are set out in your signed coaching agreement. In general, fees are non-refundable once the programme has started, except where required by law or agreed in writing.
