• Information you share when booking a call or during coaching (name, email, and what you tell me in our conversations)
• Coaching contract and payment records (bank transfer references)
• Website analytics if enabled (anonymised where possible)

How we use your data

• To deliver coaching services you have requested
• To prepare for and conduct coaching sessions
• To meet legal and contractual obligations
• To improve the coaching experience

Coach records

Christina maintains private internal session notes for continuity and supervision. These notes are not shared with clients.

Data retention

Coaching records are retained for up to 3 years after your final session, unless you request earlier deletion. You may request access to or deletion of your personal data by emailing hello@confidencewithincoaching.co.uk.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, and object to processing of your personal data. Contact Christina using the email above.

Third parties

We use Calendly for booking. Calendly processes your booking details under their own privacy policy. We do not sell your data.
